Job summary

Sharp Metro is seeking a part-time Patient Transporter for the night shift to assist in mobilizing patients and transporting equipment within the facility. The role requires hospital experience or similar exposure and an AHA BLS certification.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and precise communication with the care team. Shifts run overnight (11 PM to 7:30 AM) with a weekend rotation every other weekend.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Professional certification is REQUIRED.
• 1 Year Hospital experience or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in a demanding hospital environment.
• Safely transport patients and equipment using proper techniques.
• Maintain transport log and track, ensuring accurate patient identification.
• Assist with mobilization and transfer of patients with proper safety protocols.
