Responsibilities

• Transport patients, equipment, and materials throughout the hospital efficiently and with courteous customer service.
• Locate equipment during retrieval runs to replenish inventory.
• Transport the deceased to the hospital morgue.
• Wash equipment in the Transport Services washing area.
• Monitor dispatching by answering phones, logging calls, and dispatching staff.
• Perform daily scheduled runs for delivery of reports, supplies, and Medical Records.
• Ensure services are performed efficiently and address issues promptly.
