Responsibilities

• Transport patients, equipment, and materials to various hospital areas promptly and with courteous service.
• Locate equipment during retrieval runs to replenish inventory.
• Transport deceased patients to the hospital morgue.
• Wash equipment in the Transport Services area.
• Monitor dispatching by answering phones, logging calls and dispatching staff.
• Perform daily runs for delivery of reports, supplies and Medical Records.
• Ensure services are performed efficiently and address issues as the primary responder.
