Bell Hospital is seeking a dedicated Patient Transporter for overnight shifts to move patients safely between taxis, ambulances, and hospital areas. You will assist patients in and out of transportation modes, ensure proper immobilization, and maintain professional appearance and conduct in a fast-paced health care setting.

Responsibilities include communicating with CTD and nursing staff, documenting transports, and continuously upholding patient privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Healthcare transport experience is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Safely and efficiently transport patients between departments and vehicles.
• Maintain CTD radio communications and proper etiquette at all times.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality during all transports.
• Position patients and immobilize as required for safe transportation.
• Notify nursing staff of transport movements and delays as needed.
