Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Patient Sitter to support nursing staff with direct observation of high-risk patients and to help maintain a safe environment. You will observe the patient around the clock, report any changes, and assist as needed to ensure patient well-being.

The role requires CPR certification, sitter training, and strong communication in English. Night shifts run from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, and the position is 0.9 FTE.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Must complete patient sitter training and annual competency.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to communicate with diverse age groups.

Responsibilities

• Observe patient at all times to ensure safety.
