Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete Safety Monitor/Patient Sitter competency checklist within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Preferred direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with care team to implement the plan and monitor patient condition.
• Report changes to the RN/LPN and document ongoing patient data.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide patient comfort and safety.
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and maintain patient room cleanliness.
