St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Part-Time Patient Safety Companion for our System Float Pool.

The PSC provides constant observation for high-risk patients, working under the supervision of an RN to ensure safety and confidentiality, with duties including safety checks and one-to-one monitoring during night shifts. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide constant observation of high-risk patients and ensure safety.
• Work under the direct supervision of the RN for assigned patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and document observations.
• Perform safety checks at scheduled times and document results.
• One-to-one observation of high-risk patients as assigned.
