Job summary

Physicians Regional in Naples, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the night shift who will support RN/LPN in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe, organized care environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in acute care or are in a Nursing program; BLS within 90 days; CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• Basic knowledge of patient care practices and equipment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Record and report vital signs and patient data to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and mobility assistance.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed, including PPE usage.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team.
