Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - Tucson is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for full-time night shift (12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 7:00). Compensation ranges from $19.32 to $24.50 per hour, depending on experience.

The role supports patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex medical needs, under RN supervision. We offer comprehensive benefits including PTO, paid sick time, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a company 401(k) with life and disability protection.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hospital experience as a patient care technician, nursing assistant, or related field is preferred.
• Certified BLS or completion within first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsabilidades

• Transports patients to and from treatment areas and assists in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Performs personal care such as dressing, showering, bathing, and oral feeding as part of patient assistance.
• Responds to patient calls and completes hourly rounds to support patient well-being.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by nursing staff.
