Responsibilities

• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living.
• Assists with positioning, mobility, and use of walkers or wheelchairs.
• Performs urine/stool collection and glucose monitoring as directed.
• Communicates patient information effectively to the care team.
