Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years patient care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports patient’s status and needs.
• Answers call lights and attends to/reports patient needs.
• Obtains specimens and transports to and sends through designated tube.
• Transfers, moves and repositions patients.
• Monitors and records patient’s vital signs like heart rate, pulse, temperature and blood pressure.
• Assists physicians and nurses during medical examination and treatment.
