Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate observations to the RN promptly.
• Provide constant observation for high-risk patients.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and weights.
• Assist with procedures and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient safety and environmental standards.
