AdventHealth in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a part-time Night shift Patient Care Technician (PCT) to assist with patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will take vital signs, document in the electronic medical record, and perform duties in accordance with department policy to ensure safe, quality care.

Required High School Grad or Equiv; BLS CPR certification. CNA/CPCT/A or EMT certifications preferred; 1+ PCT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ PCT experience preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• CNA, CPCT/A, EMT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under licensed nurse direction.
• Accurately perform vital signs and document in the EMR.
• Follow department policies and procedures and report progress.
• Respond to clinical emergencies within scope of practice.
