• Maintains patient safety and comfort, including positioning and monitoring.
• Documents patient data in the computer system and reports changes to nursing staff.
• Communicates patient and visitor information clearly to the health care team.
• Delivers age-appropriate care and applies growth and development concepts.
• Attends staff meetings and keeps up with minutes and trainings.
• Maintains competency for Basic Life Support certification.
• Performs other duties as assigned on the unit.
