Qualifications
- Preferred experience as a CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care under supervision to support licensed nurses.
- Assists with ADLs, vital signs, intake/output, and safety precautions.
- Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
- Documents care activities using proper terminology and supports patient education.
