Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities under RN supervision, including monitoring vital signs and recording intake/output.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating) and keeps patient rooms clean.
• Reports abnormal findings to nursing staff and prioritizes unit workflow with charge RN.
