Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check vital signs and monitor patient condition.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, dressing, and meals.
• Collect samples (e.g., urine) as directed.
• Report changes to the supervising nurse promptly.
• Assist with patient weighing and other routine tasks.
