AdventHealth in Columbus, NC is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Technician for night shift. You will assist in delivering patient care under supervision, document procedures, and support the nursing team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent; BLS/CPR or CNA/CPCT/A/EMT certifications are accepted alternatives. Prior bedside care in acute care is preferred, with a commitment to safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ applicable PCT experience preferred.
• Experience with bedside patient care in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments and provide patient care under RN supervision.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare team.
• Document procedures and take nursing history per policy.
• Maintain clean and safe environment; assist in patient care tasks.
