AdventHealth in Rome, Georgia is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support nursing staff during 3x12 hour night shifts. You will perform treatments, assist in patient care, document procedures and respond to emergencies under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• CNA, CPCT/A or EMT certification required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Assists in the delivery of patient care as a team member under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Documents and reports all procedures in accordance with department policy.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
