Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification or completion within 90 days.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal patient care tasks (mouth care, beds, baths, perineal care, hair care, shaving, bedpan/urinal emptying).
• Assists with patient safety (ID bands, fall protocol, restraints, positioning, rest environment, incident reporting).
• Performs treatments (catheter care, enemas, sitz baths, compresses, ambulation assistance).
• May retrieve and transport medications.
