Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Kansas CNA, CMA, EMT, or 1 year nursing coursework.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per treatment plans under RN/charge nurse.
• Accompany patients to treatments within the facility.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient lifts, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Observe and report patient condition changes to RN on duty.
• Assist with patient meals and bathing as directed.
• Perform nursing care per unit policy and scope.
• Maintain patient information laws and regulations.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
