Job summary

LMH Health is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with admissions, transfers, and routine tasks while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate will have CNA, CMA, or EMT credentials or one year of nursing coursework, with a strong commitment to compassionate care and accurate documentation in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work with RN and other staff.
• Certifications: Kansas CNA, CMA, EMT, or nursing school experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN.
• Assist in admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient lifts, transfers, positioning and ambulation.
• Observe and report patient condition changes to RN.
• Assist with meals and bathing as directed.
• Follow treatment plans and policies; maintain patient information.
