Job summary

Endeavor Health, a fully integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join the Elmhurst Hospital team. You will perform patient care tasks under RN supervision, ensuring comfort and safety while adhering to procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with care procedures and supporting rotating nights, holidays, and weekends. Ideal candidates have CPR certification, completion of an accredited nursing assistant program, or equivalent experience, plus strong

Qualifications

Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course or minimum six months of patient care experience or completion of one nursing clinical rotation.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

Perform patient care tasks under the direction of a Registered Nurse to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Assist with patient care procedures as required by the department and established procedures.
Support night-shift operations and participate in rotating holidays and weekends as assigned.
