Job summary

Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician for the night shift. You will assist patients with daily activities, collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality care, and support recovery in Med-Surg/Rehab/ICU/ER units.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow directions, and commitment to patient well-being. Training in patient care and BLS is expected, with opportunities for growth within our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of CNA/MA/AUA training or RN coursework preferred.
• BLS Healthcare certification within 30 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to patients in Med-Surg/Rehab/ICU/ER units per hospital policy and standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and co-workers; maintain prioritization of tasks.
• Assist clinical staff and ensure patient comfort and safety through compassionate care.
