Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma and one of the listed certifications or clinical program enrollment.
• Strong hospital experience preferred (1 year).
• Base pay range provided ($18.93–$27.41 hourly).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a nurse.
• Support admissions and discharge processes.
• Observe patients and report changes to nursing staff.
• Comply with patient safety practices.

Sentara Care Partner Certification Program

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)

National Patient Care Technician (NCPCT)

RN/LPN/RT/PT clinical student experience

PCT/Nursing Assistant work experience (last 3 years)
