Qualifications

• Experience as Patient Care Tech or CNA preferred.
• CNA or Health Support Professional program preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Communicate accurate clinical information at handoffs with patients, families, and staff.
• Ensure information is shared to support best patient outcomes.
• Provide safe, effective patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate communication and address patient needs including language/cultural barriers.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation of patient care.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Respond to emergencies within scope of practice.
• Demonstrate support for practice changes to improve performance.
• Organize and prioritize daily work considering patient and family needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and department areas.
• Identify quality improvement opportunities and support changes in practice.
• Prioritize tasks and take initiative to implement changes with supervisor.
