Job summary

The selected candidate will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, document observations, and help maintain a clean, safe environment on the Med Surg Unit 1 during the Night shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and direct patient care on the designated unit.
• Support RN by performing delegable nursing tasks and documenting data.
• Assist with telemetry monitoring and reporting life-threatening concerns to licensed staff.
• Assist in patient transport, supply management, and maintaining unit cleanliness and safety.
• Record vital signs and patient observations accurately in the EMR.
