Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BLS compliant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direct patient care and activities of daily living.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient rooms and unit.
• Accurately collect data (height, weight, vitals) and document appropriately.
• Use portable devices for monitoring and documentation; report concerns to RN.
