• Demonstrates ability to perform clinical/technical/service tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform clinical/technical/service tasks.
• Performs and records vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, and respirations.
• Obtains patient pain ratings and assists with procedures and data collection.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and supports daily living activities.
• Assists with ambulation, mobility, nutrition delivery, and room readiness.
