Qualifications

• Licensure requirement: CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vitals (temp, pulse, respiration, BP, weight).
• Assist patients with ADLs and basic care under RN supervision.
• Ambulate patients and assist with mobility and transport.
• Promote turning, coughing, deep breathing; assist spirometry use as ordered.
• Provide morning/evening care: hygiene, grooming, linen changes.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and charting as required.
• Prepare and check equipment, assist with basic procedures as trained.
