Job summary

UF Health in Gainesville, FL seeks a full-time Patient Care Assistant to work 7:00pm–7:00am, 36 hours weekly. The PCA assists the Registered Nurse with routine procedures, providing nursing support in a patient-centered, collaborative environment.

Eligibility includes CNA certification (HS diploma or equivalent) or EMT/Paramedic, nursing student in approved programs, and NCLEX-related eligibility. Prior CNA experience preferred.

Education

NCLEX failed in past 6 months post-authorization

CNA training program for HS students with instructor recommendation
