Responsibilities

• Completes vital signs and reports observations to the nurse.
• Answers telephone and relays messages to the appropriate staff.
• Keeps patients' records current and accurate.
• Transports patients as needed and obtains films/records as indicated.
• Assists in scheduling and ensuring documentation is complete.
