Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Completes pertinent documents and prepares rooms for admission.
• Transports stable patients safely and maintains patient belongings with the patient.
• Assists with stocking supplies, replenishing rooms, and responding to emergencies.
• Communicates with team members and reports changes in patient condition promptly to the nurse.
