Job summary

Infor seeks a Registration Representative to efficiently process inpatient and outpatient admissions with accuracy and courtesy. You will gather patient data, input it into the system, verify insurance, and obtain scan images of driver's license and insurance cards.

The role requires handling cash at point of service, maintaining privacy, and delivering strong customer service. Shifts run 7:00 PM–7:30 AM on Sun, Mon, Tue with on-call every other Sat; Marshall, Michigan location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with hospital registration and insurance verification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in inpatient and outpatient admissions in a timely fashion.
• Gather information and input data in all phases of the registration process.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain scans of driver’s license and insurance cards.
• Collect co-pays and deductible payments at point of service.
• Balance cash receipts daily and handle inquiries promptly.
