• Assist patients with registration and patient access while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect required patient information and documentation.
• Assist patients with questions related to registration, insurance, and access-to-care.
• Communicate professionally with patients and internal departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow privacy policies.
• Utilize computer systems to document and update patient information.
• Support efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.
