Job summary

Richardson International's New Hope pasta production facility is seeking a Machine Operator - Nights to run packaging equipment, verify weights, and monitor quality while keeping accurate logs.

The night shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.) pays $26.48/hour plus $1.15/hour differential, with strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and opportunities for training and career development. This is a full-time, weekend-ready position with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Experience operating machines.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.
• Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.
• Complete and maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
