You will supervise night teams, assist with maintenance, and support the Facility Manager in delivering reliable service while upholding safety standards and company policies.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; some related experience or training preferred.
• Oral communication: clear speaking, listening, and seeking clarification.
• Written communication: clear and informative writing; ability to read and interpret information.
• Customer service: maintain positive attitude and respond to service requests.
• Adaptability: adjust to changing work environment and unexpected events.
• Judgment: exercise sound and accurate judgment.
• License requirement: valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location within contractual guidelines.
• Promote client relations and professional image.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as directed by Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences.
• Assist with debris cleanup and general housekeeping.
• Possess thorough knowledge of garage areas and surrounding streets.
