Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 21, valid driver's license, and clean MVR/background; DOT physical and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year driving experience preferred.
• Driver’s License required; clean MVR/background check; DOT physical and drug screening as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and ensure safety features are functional.
• Plan routes and complete jobs efficiently within the allotted time.
• Operate parking lot sweeper and related equipment safely and in compliance with laws and site rules.
• Handle materials and dispose of waste following proper procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.
