Qualifications

• One year driving experience; waste & recycling services preferred.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass MVR, background check, DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Route Execution: Review routes, ask clarifying questions, and complete work on time with quality.
• Safety & Inspections: Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Equipment & Materials Handling: Operate equipment safely, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials per procedures.
• Reporting & Documentation: Report equipment issues and safety concerns and complete logs and paperwork.
• Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients.
• Adaptability & Reliability: Respond to changing conditions and maintain regular attendance.
