Job summary

MedCare Ambulance is seeking an Operations Supervisor (Paramedic) for District 20 (Marion, Mansfield) on the night shift. You will lead frontline staff, coordinate district operations, and perform clinical duties on every shift, while upholding our Paramedic standards and company values.

The role requires valid paramedic certification (Ohio preferred), strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification preferred; must maintain current certifications.
• Minimum three years of clinical pre-hospital experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line staff within assigned district and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Operate clinically on every shift and uphold paramedic position requirements.
• Develop and manage programs, systems and services supporting operations.
• Transmit the organization’s values and coach others to ensure quality patient care.
