You will perform assessments, administer medications safely, operate medical equipment, and document care in the EMR. This position requires an accredited Paramedic program, active state license, and ACLS/PALS certifications, with night, part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Technical School graduate of an accredited Paramedic program with an active license.
• 0-1 years EMT-P experience required.
• 1-2 years acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality patient care for all ages in ambulance and hospital settings.
• Coordinate patient care with RNs and interdisciplinary team.
• Recognize changes in patient status and communicate observations to RN.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, families and team.
• Safely administer medications following the five rights and EMR checks.
• Facilitate patient throughput and operational efficiency.
• Respond rapidly during emergencies using ALS techniques.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
