Job summary

CANPACK Group in the United States is seeking a Crew member for day shift to operate front-end can manufacturing equipment and perform setup, repair, and adjustments. You will read reports, diagnose issues, and ensure safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, basic measurement skills, and teamwork. Experience in manufacturing and forklift operation are a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Technical Degree preferred.
• Good Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of US measurement and ability to use calipers/micrometers.
• Ability to operate a forklift and read/interpret reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end can manufacturing equipment (coil handling, cupping press, body makers, trimmers, baler).
• Read and interpret reports, plan repairs, and perform setup and adjustments.
• Diagnose issues, repair/overhaul equipment, and ensure safety SOPs are followed.
• Inspect with precision tools, maintain lubrication, and keep workspace clean.
