Job summary

SunOpta, Inc. is seeking an Operations Downline Operator I - Team D to manage palletizing equipment and forklift operations for aseptic beverage packaging. The role includes cleaning (CIP), quality checks, and shift handoffs, with 12-hour D shifts on a 2-2-3 weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, loading/unloading trucks, maintaining FIFO, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring GMP compliance. Requires forklift certification and English literacy.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and ability to operate palletizing equipment.
• Read manuals and troubleshoot equipment faults.
• Maintain logs and reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and be physically capable.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and palletizing equipment.
• Monitor and fix faults and jams in palletizing robot.
• Load outbound trucks and unload inbound trucks.
• Ensure FIFO and proper material handling.
• Perform routine maintenance and document parts needed.
• Complete required paperwork neatly and professionally.
• Wear PPE and follow GMPs.
