Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Pallet Sorter in New Lenox, Illinois for the 3rd shift, 10:00 PM - Finish. Compensation starts at $18/hr with a $0.50 raise after two weeks; weekly pay and benefits after 60 days are available.

You will inspect, sort, repair, and stack pallets in a fast-paced warehouse, lift 25–75 lbs repeatedly, pass a pre-employment drug test, and join a high-performance culture that rewards hustle and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with forklift.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse or pallet experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by grade, size, and condition
• Perform basic pallet repairs as needed
• Stack and move pallets safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines
