Capstone is hiring a Pallet Sorter to inspect, sort, repair, and stack pallets in a fast-paced warehouse. This is a physically active role that rewards hustle and consistency, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You’ll operate in a high-energy team, with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits eligibility after 60 days. Prior pallet or warehouse experience helps, and we train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year forklift experience.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Prior warehouse or pallet experience preferred, training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by grade, size, and condition.
• Perform basic pallet repairs as needed.
• Stack and move pallets safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines.
