Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a hardworking Pallet Sorter in Windsor, CT to hand sort pallets in a fast-paced distribution center. You will contribute to safety, cleanliness, accuracy, and timely handling of materials on a 3rd shift (Sat-Mon, 6:00am–6:00pm), with hourly pay of $18.00–$19.00.

Responsibilities include stacking pallets, loading/unloading by hand, checking loads for security, logging production details, and coordinating within the yard system.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
