Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Paint Line Load & Unload Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:15 a.m.) in Tennessee. You will load parts onto paint line racks, unload finished parts, and inspect for defects while following customer specs and safety rules.

Ideal candidates demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus; overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Load automotive parts onto paint line racks per work instructions.
• Unload painted parts and inspect for visible defects or damage.
• Verify parts are properly identified and processed per customer specs.
• Monitor production flow to ensure continuous operation of the paint line.
• Communicate quality or equipment concerns to supervisors and team leaders.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support production goals by meeting established productivity and quality standards.
