Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED
• ACLS Certification - REQUIRED
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - REQUIRED

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Coordinate care through the multidisciplinary team and patient/family to ensure timely communication.
• Demonstrate nursing judgments using the nursing process and critical thinking to plan care.
• Delegate/assign tasks and communicate expectations for care delivery to team members.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families and advocate for their needs.
• Mentor and support coworkers and contribute to unit activities and quality initiatives.
