Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Miami, Oklahoma, is seeking a Packing Operator to ensure packaging equipment runs smoothly and to address issues promptly. You will plan, assemble, prepare crates, and maintain product integrity in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a manufacturing or related environment, and basic English. Pay is $21.04 per hour with a night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment.
• Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assemble, fabricate, or repair crates, boxes, cartons, and other packaging containers of large or unusual size or shape.
• Prepare finished products for shipment or storage by placing them in proper shipping containers.
• Perform quality checks and meet product specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Perform sanitation duties and material handling.
• Safely and efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on operating equipment using lock out procedures, as prescribed.
• Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to effectively perform job requirements.
