Job summary

Nestlé's Miami, Oklahoma facility is seeking a Packing Operator to keep equipment running smoothly overnight. You will plan, assemble, and package crates and cartons, prepare shipments, and perform quality checks—ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year in a related setting, and basic English. Shifts run 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $21.04 per hour and eligibility for bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing/technical/warehouse environment.
• Must have basic proficiency of English language.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assemble, fabricate, or repair crates, boxes, cartons, and other packaging containers of large or unusual size or shape.
• Prepare finished products for shipment or storage by placing them in proper shipping containers.
• Perform quality checks and meet product specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Perform sanitation duties and material handling.
• Safely and efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on operating equipment using lock out procedures.
• Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to effectively perform job requirements.
